Refund Policy

Before work starts: full refund

If you change your mind before we start your work, email info@lakewiseai.com and we will refund you in full. Work starts when we begin reviewing your completed questionnaire.

Playbook guarantee

For the Custom AI Playbook and the Team Playbook: If the Playbook gives you nothing you can use, reply within 30 days for a full refund.

After delivery: no refund for other products

Once your Manual or Guide has been delivered by email, it cannot be returned, so there is no refund. Guides are delivered right after payment, so they are final sale.

If something is wrong

If what we deliver is missing something we promised (Manual or Guides), email us within 14 days and we will fix it.

Monthly Help Desk

You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and your Help Desk stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for unused days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
