1. What we sell

Written AI help, delivered by email, for owner-run Canadian small businesses across Canada, with 1 to 20 people. Teams of 21 to 50: email us for a written quote, starting at $750. Everything is by email, except the optional monthly Google Meet session in the One-on-One Support package. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus any taxes that apply.

  • Custom AI Playbook (for 1 to 10 people): $179 (founding price $99 while offered). Playbook buyers get their first month of the Monthly Help Desk for $25. If the Playbook gives you nothing you can use, reply within 30 days for a full refund. Available in versions for realtors, insurance and finance brokers, accounting and professional offices, and creative agencies, at the same price.

  • Starter Bundle: $399 (CAD), one time. A Custom AI Playbook, an AI Use Policy and 3 months of Monthly Help Desk ($525 if bought separately at regular prices).

  • Team Playbook (for teams of 11 to 20): $399 (CAD), one time. If the Playbook gives you nothing you can use, reply within 30 days for a full refund.

  • Monthly Help Desk: $49 a month, or $490 a year (two months free), priced per company, not per person

  • One-on-One Support (Premium): $199 a month (CAD). Limited to 3 clients at a time.

  • Run-Without-Me Manual: $1,200. Sold on its own page at lakewiseai.com/manual.

  • Guides: $19 each. All guides are free for Help Desk and One-on-One clients.

  • AI Use Policy (add-on): $199 (CAD), one time. A written AI use policy for staff, covering which tools are allowed and what client data stays out.

2. Pay first

Email info@lakewiseai.com to order. You will receive a secure payment link by email, then a link to the questionnaire. Work starts once we have your payment and your completed questionnaire.

3. Delivery by email

We deliver everything by email to the address you give us.

  • Guides: sent by email right after payment, usually within 1 business day.

  • Custom AI Playbook: within 5 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire.

  • Team Playbook: within 10 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire.

  • Run-Without-Me Manual: within 15 business days after we receive your completed questionnaire and any follow-up answers.

  • Monthly Help Desk: we reply to your emailed questions within 2 business days.

  • One-on-One Support (Premium): same email service as the Help Desk, plus one 45-minute Google Meet session a month, scheduled by email.

If we need more information, we will ask by email, and the delivery clock pauses until you reply. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting Ontario statutory holidays.

4. Monthly Help Desk

The Help Desk renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time by emailing info@lakewiseai.com or through your Stripe billing link. Cancelling stops the next charge, and your access continues to the end of the month you paid for. Playbook buyers get their first month of the Monthly Help Desk for $25. Refer a business that buys and get a free month of the Monthly Help Desk. The Help Desk is priced per company, not per person. The annual plan is $490 a year (two months free) and can be cancelled any time by email; it renews each year.

One-on-One Support (Premium)

One-on-One Support (Premium) costs $199 a month (CAD). It includes everything in the Monthly Help Desk, plus one 45-minute Google Meet session with Curtis each month. It renews every month and you can cancel any time by emailing info@lakewiseai.com. This package is effective at the end of the current month (October 31, 2026). Limited to 3 clients at a time.

Referrals

Refer a business that buys and get a free month of the Monthly Help Desk.

5. No guarantee of results

We give advice and written materials based on what you tell us. We do not guarantee any result, such as time saved, sales or savings. AI tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking AI output and for how you use it in your business.

6. Third party tools

We may recommend tools made by other companies. We do not control them, and their own terms and prices apply.

7. Your materials

Once paid, you may use your materials inside your own business. Please do not resell or publish them.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. For the Custom AI Playbook and Team Playbook: If the Playbook gives you nothing you can use, reply within 30 days for a full refund.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the offer involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you buy applies to that purchase.
